Sexual Harassment or Abuse of Children
Do not create, upload or distribute content that exploits or harasses children. This includes any material that constitutes sexual exploitation of children. If you come across such content elsewhere on the internet, please contact the relevant authority in your country directly.

More broadly, Teen Kids Chat Forums prohibits child endangerment. This policy extends to disruptive and abusive behavior directed at children. Below are examples of such behavior:
  • "Planned acts to deceive children for the purpose of sexual contact" (e.g. having sexual contact with a child online or in real life and/or sending a child a sexually explicit picture or befriending a child online in order to receive such a picture from the child);

Dangerous and Illegal Activities
Do not use Teen Kids Chat Forums to engage in illegal activities or to promote activities, products, services or information that may cause serious and immediate harm to humans or animals. We allow general information about such content for educational, documentary, scientific or artistic purposes. However, our red line is if the content is intended to cause direct harm or promotes illegal activities. When we receive reports of illegal activities, we will take appropriate action, including reporting you to the relevant authorities.

Harassment, Bullying and Threats
Do not harass, bully or threaten others. We also do not allow the Teen Kids Chat Forums to be used to encourage or incite others to do so. Do not impersonate or misrepresent yourself as a person or organization. This includes impersonating a person or organization that you do not represent or providing misleading information about a user/site's identity, qualifications, ownership, purpose, products, services, or business.
This includes content or accounts that misrepresent or conceal their ownership or primary purpose. For example, misrepresenting or intentionally concealing your country of origin or other material information about yourself when directing content about politics, social issues, or matters of community concern to users in a country other than your own. We allow the publication of parody or satire or the use of anonymous or pseudonymous content. Just avoid content that could mislead readers about your true identity.

Malware and Similar Malicious Content
Do not distribute malware or content that damages or interferes with the operation of networks, servers, end-user devices or other infrastructure. This includes the direct hosting, placement or transmission of malware, viruses, malicious code or other harmful/unwanted software or similar content. This includes content that spreads viruses, causes pop-up windows to open, attempts to install software without the user's permission, or otherwise infects users with malicious code. Misleading Content
Do not distribute content that deceives, misleads or confuses users. Some of these include:

Misleading content related to civic and democratic processes: Content that is patently false and could significantly reduce participation in or trust in a civic or democratic process. This includes information about referendum procedures that conflicts with official government records, political candidate eligibility based on age/place of birth, or census participation. It also includes false claims that a political figure or government official has died, been involved in an accident or suffered a sudden serious illness.

Misleading content related to harmful conspiracy theories: Content intended to support or lend credibility to the belief that individuals or groups have systematically engaged in acts that have caused widespread harm. Such content contradicts hard evidence and has caused or encouraged violence.

Misleading content related to harmful health practices: Misleading health-related or medical content that promotes or supports practices that may cause serious physical or emotional harm to individuals or be harmful to public health.

Manipulated media: Media that has been technically manipulated or altered in such a way as to mislead users and pose a risk of imminent harm.

Misleading content may be permitted in educational, documentary, scientific or artistic contexts, but take care to provide sufficient information for users to properly understand that context. In some cases, content may not be allowed to remain on our platforms in any form.

Personal and Confidential Information
Do not store or distribute other people's personal or confidential information without their permission. This includes sensitive information such as citizenship numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, signature pictures and personal health documents. In most cases where this information is widely accessible elsewhere on the internet, or where the information is contained in public records such as national identification numbers listed on a government agency's website, we generally do not take enforcement action.

Phishing
Do not use Teen Kids Chat Forums for phishing. This includes requesting or collecting sensitive data such as passwords, financial information, and citizenship numbers.

Unauthorized Use of Images of Minors
Do not store or distribute images of minors without the express permission of the minor's parent, guardian or legal representative. Please let us know if someone has stored or distributed a picture of a minor without proper authorization.

Violence and Blood
Do not store or distribute content featuring real people or animals, violence or gore that has the primary purpose of shocking, upsetting or gratuitously sharing violence. This includes extremely disturbing material, such as close-ups of mutilated or dismembered bodies, and disturbing material that contains significant amounts of blood. Such content may be permitted in educational, documentary, scientific or artistic contexts, but take care to provide sufficient information for users to properly understand that context. In some cases, content may be too violent or shocking to be allowed on our platforms in any form. Finally, do not encourage others to commit certain acts of violence.

Reported content is not automatically removed. The content will be reviewed by our team to verify whether it violates the Community Guidelines. If it is determined to violate our Community Guidelines, appropriate action will be taken depending on the degree of violation.
